The name RPG Access, logo (excluding the picture of Sephiroth from Final Fantasy 7, which is copyright Squaresoft), and all HTML coding are copyright Š 2003-2004 RPG Access. Use of any of these things without written permission from the webmaster is strictly prohibited. RPG Access reserves the right to edit any submissions fully or partially for content. Once you submit anything to RPG Access, it becomes property of RPG Access, and partially copyrighted.

Plagiarism
Plagiarism is copying someone's work and claiming it as your own. RPG Access strongly discourages this, and if RPG Access finds out one of your submissions has been plagiarized, it will be immediately taken off the site. Furthermore, you will most likely have to deal with a lawsuit between you and the original creator of the submission. Plagiarism is a criminal offense.

Security
Absolutely no personal information you enter in the forms at RPG Access will ever be distributed to a third-party. All information is strictly confidential, and is for my use only. Since e-mail addresses are entered in sections, you will never get unwanted spam or e-mail.

Printing
You are allowed to print anything on this web site, as long as you aren't making money off it. This includes, but is not limited to: reviews, previews, news articles, .shtml files, .php files, and .gif files.

Linking
Linking to any .shtml file or .php file on RPG Access is allowed. You may not link to any .gif files or any .txt files.

Boards
The boards were hand coded by RPG Access, and may not be used on any other web site. The PHP code used to make the boards is not available for public use. The boards are extremely protected, but it is still advised that you use a different password than the one you use for everything else. Also, changing your password often is a good idea.
