This will be a dice-based RPG, for AOL and AIM users. Also... This is a SERIOUS RP. Not a comedy type of RP, though, joking every once in a while is okay. Also, we expect you to use proper language(though, it doesn't have to be perfect[What I mean by 'proper language', is instead of "Hey, how ya' doin' boss?", you would say: "Greetings, my lord", or, "Well met, my lord"). For those of you that don't know what RoTK is, it's Romance of the Three Kingdoms. It's about a time period in China, that lasted from 184 AD to 280 AD. 11/12/03: I moved the introduction to a new page, so that I could make room for these updates on the main page. Now you all get to listen to what LakeBodom56189 and I have been doing lately. Basicly, we haven't been working on the RPG as much as we should have been, but I've been getting some decent ideas for it now, and so, you'll most likely see a few more updates in the coming days. We kinda missed that 10/15 release date we were hoping for by a longshot, but most people forgot about the RPG during my vacation anyway, so we've been taking our time. When will it be done? Can't say for sure. LakeBodom and I(mostly me...) have to add a lot of things, and then go on a testrun with it, to try and work out the bugs, and then it'll be open. Also, feel free to email me suggestions, because I haven't quite been paying attention to AIM lately. Just make sure you put the topic as ***RPG SUGGESTION***, or something to that effect. Given that I have AOL, I get loads of junkmail, and the astericks/caps might catch my eye. And also, keep in mind, that what you see here isn't all of what you'll be getting. 11/12/03-Hey. I just downloaded a trial version of Dreamweaver but I still haven't figured it out yet. If I get it working the site will be completed alot sooner. 11/16/03 - We're kinda in a lock, wondering what we should add to the site. Lake Bodom made a Kingdoms page, which I added with this update. Can you tell the difference between one of my pages and one of his? I figured you would. He's learning, anyway. There's still a lot of work to do on the site, and given that the both of us are lazy, it'll take some time, but, we'll get it done. Eventually. Lake Bodom and I talked about having battles that actually took place redone, for stats and stuff, though it'd play no role in the actual storyline. I'm not gonna put it up on the list of links yet, but, here it is. ...And, whoever's reading this... Don't forget to promote the RPG! AND MAKE SURE THEY DON'T THINK IT'S SOME GAY LORD OF THE RINGS RPG!!! I think I'll save you the ranting on the ROTK acronym. - Malign
11/16/03- I don't get how people mix up RoTK with LoTR... o n/m Return of the King or whatever. Anyway, it sucks that we aren't getting that much done because we are never on at the same time. It seems like there is always something more to add and we will never get done. I think when we get enough members we should just start it and see where it goes. Like Malign said we need to get people to join. I'm thinking of rewarding people that get people to join. - Lake Bodom
