Tattoo Juicer
Tatoo Juicers have taken it upon themselves to force the magic from those they have slain. They wander the world, seeking those who hold the secrets of its power. When those forces are found, they are able to drain (1/5) the creatures tatoo knowledge.
They can also live longer due to the vampire like lifestyle; about 15 years longer. Unfortunately, after the 15 years have been expired, they will fall over dead with no chance of survival.
To select this O.C.C., the player must first roll to be a magic character class. If his roll on random psionics is successfull, he may then choose to be a tatoo juicer.

P.P.E. base is Character class' halved! yes, you must halve it, gains 1d6 P.P.E. per level.
PSIONICS: Random Psionics. May choose according to Random Psionics table in Book 1
I.S.P.: 1D4x10 / 2(yes, halve it again!),gains 1d4 at level up.
A master psionic 10 or higher to save.
BONUSES: Supernatural PS and PE. +2 strike parry dodge. +3 sv vs. Horror
OCC SKILLS: Same as Magic OCC.
CYBERNETICS: none to start will only get in case of medical emergency.
EQUIPMENT: Same as Mega-Juicer.
MONEY: Starts with 1d6x1000 in credits
