Patrick as a young boy grew up in New York City where he saw crime everyday. Once he was older, Patrick became a prominent Lawyer later becoming a District A.D.A. for the New York's Police Department till he moved to Raccoon City. There he set out for another life as a small town defense lawyer so he could help out people wrongly accused of crimes and punishment. After the STARS incident at Spencer Mansion, and the outbreak of thousands of creatures, his hope were flushed in aiding the innocent. He knew something was wrong, after a check up at the Raccoon City Hospital, when the dead had risen and the infection had spread. The Officers there and staff have began to aid him and others in evacuation and survival but with this situation, what was he going to do with such limited resource. In the wrong place, and the wrong time, the hell was unleashed, and he was smack in the middle of the beginning of the end.
