Kyle had grown up Raccoon City, living the good life as a kid. At the age of 17, his parent's died from a gunshot's to the mid-torso. As the year's passed, at the age of 25, he worked as a Raccoon City SWAT Unit, but was later fired for killing a unarmed criminal. After those year's, he surfaced through the stock department of RPD, finally getting a second chance, placed in the Homicide and SVU Unit of the station, handling calls to serve and protect investigations and crime scenes as well as the local patrol. Along a routine patrol he found himself in the middle of a riot. He found that the Virus had released, and his love, a doctor he had met during his suspension was now dead. He had now figured out was happened.
