Chris was born in Boston Massachusetts. In his early years, he joined the U.S. Army and joined into the Delta Force. During Operation Desert Storm, he was captured as a P.O.W. and was framed for the intent to commit military crimes against the United States. and was sentenced to federal prison. When pardoned after new evidence, he traveled from place to place, trying to hide his shady past until one day he was scouted and signed up for the U.B.C.S. Now he is in one of the many U.B.C.S. Elite teams in control of Sergeant Tad Peters, as the third command of this twelve man group.. The squad he was in with, led by Tad Peters was sent to the city and deep underground to "cleanup" the incident however they were all attacked. Only the trio of Tad, Tony, and Chris survived the attack on Hunk's team as now they move through the city trying to find their way out, helping a few people along the way.
