She had an abusive father and her mother died soon after she was born. Her five brothers constantly beat up on her, so she decide to learn how to fight. She was six when taken in by a master of swords and is one of the best students he ever trained. She completed training at the age of 13 and moved on to other types of combat, including knife fighting, archery, staffs and the like. She rarely tells anyone about the most horrifying thing she did. Her father and brothers became so unbarable that she went insane and killed them all. After that she became prone to insanity now and again, but only when provoked.

She is thin but agile and powerful, looks are deciving when it comes to her. She has long dark brown hair that reaches to her knees. She tends to keep it braided and it's a wonder how she keeps it in order. Her eyes are cat like and change color with her mood, gray for sadness, a golden color for happyness and so on. Usally her eyes are a light-blue color. Her face always seems to be blank and emotionless but her eyes give everything away. She usally dresses in a maroon colored mini-skirt with maroon leggings underneath. The skirt has a high collar and gold hems. She wears a black cloak with a silver boarder along the bottom. Her favorite blade is an onyx katana but she has several daggers concealed along her body for back up. She will dress up in a formal dress if forced to but prefers not to.

She's cold hearted and ruthless. She tends to like power and has the patience to work her way to the top. She hates kids, teens and most people in general. She does have a soft spot for animals and if she finds people mistreating them she gets very mad. Despite her cold and rude manner she has emotions such as love and happiness though she tries to push them back. She is not afraid to use her feminity as a weapon but usally doesn't.

History:
Born of his father, the infamous dark elf (exiled for ___) and his mother, the healer...Kitanes was the middle child of triplets. His elder brother, both looking idenitcal, and his younger sister both departed...so he thinks, but in truth it was him that left.
Kitanes held the 'darkness' in his blood, weeks after birth, his father received a letter during a storm...and then reluctantly stole away with Kitanes in his arms. For months the little boy grew up in a war camp, to which his father was in debt to...that is another story, however.
Anyway, eventually Kitanes was allowed to return home, and his father took his gladly. Both upon returning were welcomed, and they were a happy family. Except Kitanes. He couldn't believe the fact that his father was so easily let back into teh family...and with his little sisters' destiny, his older brother's competitive spirit...Kitanes found himself not part of this family. He was invited of course, but declined because (regretfully) he knew that inside...he didn't want this family. His father was a shame to have, for Kitanes knew that the dark elf blood ran with him, and he would never be allowed to step into elven lands...his past home was horridous, and therefore the young man left.
Or, that's the reason he gave himself.
Appearance:
Unlike his father, Kitanes is actually strong. Not buff, showing muscele, but in total the young half elf is agile and thin. Slender, having delicate but hard-working hands and body. Right now he resembles his father greatly, and his dark lapis hair is tied back in a loose tail. Of course not yet very long, Kitanes still admires himself. Skin is not bronze, but not at all pale. He could be considered skin tan, which is rare amongest elves. Although he is half elven, Kitanes appears full elf...carrying the long, pointed ears and the graceful movement he so trained for. Excelled in, really. While he was more handsome then his father in youth, Kitanes cares nothing and wouldn't really give a d**n if he was as ugly as an orge...as long as he could still keep his strength. A feather is attached beside his ear, which is also periced twice with silver earrings.
Yes, he did resemble Kiranji.
Personality:
Did not inherite his father's...gift or curse. Rather 'normal', or so he tells himself. Feels left out, cast out purposely...not being around his siblings much, the competitive spirit his older brother showed only furthered his lack of self-confidence and lonliness. Quite stubborn, and can be quick to judge. Easily offended, short-tempered, Kitanes is not really evil inside. Has his mother's hot temper and spirit....though the calmness in a time of panic, from his father. Tortured by his past, by his present, Kitanes doesn't like to be as truthful when social...though he doesn't mind being in public.

Kitanes Seleb wasn't a name Kiranji (his father) wanted to give him...but eventually, the dark elf father knew he (in a way) had to. Old elvish name, Kitanes means 'bloody', and Seleb silver. Therefore, Bloody Silver. The boy knows, and he hates his name...but cannot change it. In truth, the mercenary camp he was taken too used slang and code to speak, in fear of spies. Kitanes, while meaning what it meant, was slang for 'family'. Kiranji eventually agreed, with good hidden reason, to name his son that...although reluctant to tell other elves, they would know.
Kitanes is my creation, and Seleb I got from an elvish dictionary.
Also....Kitanes was often encouraged, and despite his family's deep hatred and dislike for this, Kitanes was taken his profession as assassin.

When she was thirteen her town was overrun by soldiers from far off. Her whole town, excluding a few, including her, was captured and sold into slavery. Since nothing was left for her, she left.
As she traveled, she made money by selling things she found or made, and she bought weapons for herself. Her first weapons were a bow and a pair of daggers. She taught herself how to use them for long rang combat with great precision, and can now hit a butterfly on the wing in she wanted to.
One of the nights she were traveling, she was stopped by a robber on the path. When she attempted to pass, the robber forced her back with the glaive in his hand. When she attempted again, a fight ensued. Ari has forced what happened out of her mind, and can’t recall it anymore, so the events don’t exist in anyone’s mind. The only part she let’s herself remember is waking up with a fiery cut on her hairline and her dagger in her hand. She picked up the glaive the robber had dropped, and left.
Appearance:
She’s 5’4” with shoulder length hair. Her hair isn’t very thick and is almost perfectly straight. She grew her bangs out, so they’re the same length as the rest of her dirty blonde hair. She’s not very tan, but not at all pale. She’s thin and kind of frail looking, but isn’t in fact. Her eyes are an intense blue, and her dark eyelashes emphasize her eyes. She’ll wear just about anything that is comfortable. She has a black sweater-jacket that she wears over almost everything. She carries two daggers, one she stashes in her bootleg, and the other is hidden in the back of her belt, which is covered by her jacket. Stashed on her back alongside her pack of food and such, are a quiver of arrows and a bow of the perfect size for her. She usually travels with a long glaive in her hand as a walking stick, it’s blade pointing up.
Following her hairline is a very faint scar that is about as thick as a strand of thread, so it’s very hard to notice.
Personality:
She’s a very exuberant person, and because of that, sporadically she’ll play pranks on anyone she can. She also has a bad side that’s not very pleasant to be on. She’s very stubborn with a strong will and won’t give up her beliefs for anything. She’s an excellent ally when you get to know her and is worth the wait to befriend. Even though she enjoys fun more than anything else, she can get as serious as need be.
