It's actually not that hard. You can find a list of members currently in our org at anarchyonline.com. From there, all you have to do is contact someone who is a Unit Leader or higher rank to recruit you.
Currently, there are no requirements to join Quetzalcoatl. If, in the future, there is some requirement you must meet in order to join our clan, it will be explained here along with justification.
This section seems a bit lacking :( Perhaps I'll think of some kind of fodder to fill up this page eventually.
