The Outsiders have two rules: 1) do not cheat and 2) do not complain. We live in a tyranical Monarchy where the King maintains full command of all guild issues and his reign is supreme. His authority is total and should be unchallenged by his subjects. He may choose any number of Queens to serve at his side. They can be symbolic or powerful ladies. It is the choice of the King to whom he makes his bride. He may invite members to his Royal Court, which traditionally consists of two Counts, and five Barons to the Throne. Counts are generally consulted by the King for Guidance, and are often trusted with Lordly power and significance. The Barons earn their title through commitment to the Guild Treasury and guild commitments. We honour our hierarchical Guild structure while cherishing the Brotherhood of all members. The other ranks within The Outsiders are Knight, Sorcerer, Merchant, and Serf. Knights and Sorcerers are the heart of the Outsiders, battling and enforcing the rules of the King. Our merchants are Thieves and Bandits, who we welcome gladly into the horde. The Serf is another important member to the Crown, perhaps the most important. The Serf can serve any role in the Guild, and will find himself welcomed into Knighthood, Magery, and even the Royal Court after providing service to the King.
