~~~Having grown up some with her family in a large city, she was constantly exposed to violence, profanity of every kind, a smog-filled atmosphere, and the pit of society as it was. When she was 8 years old, her parents decided they needed to get her and her younger sister, Monique, out of the city and take them somewhere else. The place of choice: España, or Spain. They moved into a country-type home just outside of Seville, hiring a translator who came to live with them until they all were speaking Spanish well enough to not need him anymore. It was Eve's place of choice, but she wanted to go back to Attone so that she could try and get a hold of real old friends. After a while of persuasion, her parents finally gave in, and when she was 16 they moved back to Attone, but in the better side of the neighborhoods around the outskirts. She finished school there with her friends from when she was little, and then toured the world for a year and a half with her boyfriend. Not too long after, they broke up and went on their own separate ways. Having no desire to go to college since she had nothing in mind to be just yet, she decided to get an easy job that would only require a few days a week, and so went into housekeeping.
~~~Amazingly, she grew to like her job, as simple as it was, and kept it. One man hired her when she was 22, and paid her more than others had, which she found odd. His house was considerably larger than most, but even for the size of his house, he paid her more than he needed to. Curious about why, she never really had it in her to ask because she had a feeling it wasn't something he would tell her, anyway. He was strange..in her eyes. And he had a son named Kozith, as she had come to learn, a handsome man she couldn't help but notice whenever he was near. She also couldn't help but notice how he would look at her, but pretend that he wasn't. Being a rather beautiful woman, she never took it as more than just a boyish fancy, or a lustful fancy. One day working for his father, she heard Koz and the older man arguing heatedly about something, and heard her name mentioned by Koz, and even though she was curious to see why her name was mentioned, she quickly finished what she was doing and left to go take care of other homes she was hired to clean.
~~~A long while later, she found out what they had been arguing about. Kozith had been trying to convince his father not to send her--unknowing--with a bomb to one of her client's homes, a client that was obviously on the man's hate list.
~~~Koz had told her as much already, and so there was no turning back in the events that were taking place. He took her out to dinner and explained to her what sort of business he and his father were in, and told her that since she knew so much already, she would have to join them. It was more of a plea from him, over an expensive bottle of wine in a fancy restaurant and delicious food...and the way he looked made her flush with heat. She accepted the offer, even though she didn't have much choice, and went through a year of training on how to use several weapons, including herself--hands, feet, elbows, etc. During that time, she saved Koz's life and fixed him up after fights more times than she can count on her two hands. Now, a well-skilled fighter and Death itself with her guns, she continues--of course--to work with Koz and his friends, doing her best to keep her and Koz's relationship strictly friends.
