Rules
If you want to play and be a good student here at Hogwarts, there are some guidelines you have to follow! So here they are. Be sure to follow them correctly!
- You have to be active in the game! Please consider that before you join. You must be able to play at least once every two weeks!
- You can play up to 4 caracters each, unless you have been very active for at least 1 term. Then, you can contact me for a special permission and we'll see. Please, be carefull not to play more caracters then you can handle.
- NO POWER RPING! That means that you can't always make your caracter surpasses everyone else all the time. Of course your caracter can be good, but he/she can't always win every quidditch match, be in the center of every conversation or be the hero of every event that occurs.
- Be REALISTIC! Some caracters can have special features, but not everyone. You can't be the most powerful wizard or an animagus when you're a first year, and hardly even if you're a 7th year; you can't have a phoenix, a dragon, a unicorn or an hippogryff as a pet, etc...
- You can't BE or be related to Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley or Hagrid. Please understand this is to keep people from fighting, and having about 75% of students member of the Potter family.
- BE NICE!!! No swearing will be tolerated AT ALL, as well as disrespectful behavior toward other members directly. Of course, your caracter may dislike another but please keep it clean.
- always speak under your caracter's name in all boards, except the Problems and Questions board.
- Don't give away passwords! This works for giving the board's password to a non-member or giving a house's password to a member from another house.
- Please be as close to J. K. Rowling's book as possible! If there are some elements you don't know, consult the sites in our help section before making things up.
- Every time a member violates a rule, they receive a warning. 3 warnings and you're out! I won't play with this! If a particular case occurs, I have all the rights to expulse a member who behaved particularily incorrectly.
- If you have other questions, DON'T EMAIL ME; post it on the board in the Problems & Question board, unless the problem or question regards me PERSONNALY.
