General appearance: From his father, he inherited: the red and wavy, almost curly hair that he gets tied up behind his neck and goes down to half of the back; the height and face in general. From his mother he obtained a light cinnamon skin and his honey-colored eyes. He has a birthmark in his right hand, a Maverick sign that cannot be erased. His suit is dark gray with blue borders (like a X-Men suit). The Evil Energy possessing him is slowly changing his appearance.
Advantages: lupine instincts and abilities; extremely smart. As a vessel, is slowly learning to manipulate the powerful Evil Energy.
Disadvantages: His character is not yet truly defined, heīs too unstable and is being slowly possessed by the Evil Energy.
Weapons:
-Crossbow: A standard high-tech Maverick crossbow, able to fire three plasma or electric-tipped bolts at a time. The next set of proyectiles automatically materializes after firing, allowing Fenris to shoot one set every two seconds.
-Electrifying Net: pretty self-explanatory, the net has different intensities and can be shot with the crossbow by attaching it to a set of bolts.
-Beam Axe: A plasma-type weapon with a blue energy beam shaped like an axe. His most used weapon, Fenris uses this with extreme accuracy.
Abilities: Enhanced hearing, smelling and taste.
The Evil Energy can potentially transform him into a devastating being, but it hasnīt taken complete control of him yet.
Equipment: His suit has a temp. regulator, a gravity decreaser and a speed booster, although Fenris can naturally jump higher, run faster and withstand more damage than a regular human.
Personality: Fenris' character is too variable to encapsulate it here. He's a man that is recently discovering what it is to live, and has passed from being a murderous Maverick to becoming a model son. The sinister force trying to take control of his body isn't helping him, and much of his actual personality is a consequence of this unwilling symbiotic bind. As a result, he has occasional bursts of rage which end as abruptly as they start.
History: Fenris is a human clone different to anyone ever made before. The story goes back to several years ago, when a group of trainees travelled to South America in order to find a scientist. Two of these were the human lovers known as Lusiphur London and KamiKaze. Not being able to accomplish their mission, the group returned to the TraCen empty-handed, but it was shortly revealed that the Maverick branch in South America commanded by Admiral Riptide had taken samples of the humans' DNA. This all was part of the Human Maverick Proyect, which consisted in creating bio-enhanced humans loyal to the Maverick cause.
Clones of Sting, Terminal and Kami were made, ending in pathetic intents. Luse was cloned too, the result being the highly dangerous Kathyr, a feline Maverick with a rebel character which ended up refusing to work for his creators. He was pursued and almost killed because of this. Riptide then discovered an interesting little detail about Kami's DNA sample: she was pregnant of Luse at the time. So a new clone was made and aged through artificial means. The result was called proyect Fenris.
Fenris resulted unique and perfect because of many aspects. Previous clones had always shown their originals' chracter traits sooner or later, as well as memories from their past which caused them to suffer psychological problems. With him this was not the case, for the Mavs were able to artificially induce a specific personality. Having no past, he was trained quickly to be a reckless, emotionless killer.
Things went awry as always. In the Drilling Station Mission where Fenris' squad joined forces with the Hunters to stop the madman known as Llanso from destroying the world, the lupine Mav met Kathyr. He was forced to work with him in order to survive, and Fenris began to understand his situation: he was a slave. After barely escaping the mission (where Kathyr became Llanso's Horseman) the clone was left hurt and alone in a isolated village. There he decided to leave the Mavericks and his so-called mother, Riptide, to pursue his own goals (one of them being to destroy Kathyr).
After hunting the feline clone for a long time, he stumbled upon the Horsemen and discovered his nemesis had become incredibly powerful. He was forced to retreat and hide. It was then when he casually encountered Lusiphur, his father, who was completely torn off by the death of Kami during the birth of their original son. The baby had died, too, leaving the human alone. After a strong internal debate, Fenris decided to forget his past entirely and accept his new identity as Fenris London. Father and son left their asociations and moved to Canada. It was shortly that Fenris began to have terrible dreams where a misterious presence tells him to fight again, to go after his rival Kathyr, assuring him that it can give him all the power he needs to destroy the clone. Up to now, he has rejected the possession but he's losing his grip, and opted to travel to the States again, pursuing a strong energy he believes can help him to regain his sanity.
