(While now it's more just HurdyGurdy's work addressed, I'm keeping the original title for tradition's sake).

This is a collection of upgraded scripts for various clothing mods that use different textures/meshes for different races. Its primary concern was to encourage other modders to use these wonderful clothes in their own mods (with due permissions, of course), but it also can be used as a "companion pack", helping players to share their clothes with companions, as long as they use Tribunal's "companion share" feature.

Support for other clothing mods may be added whenever I'm aware of their existance and if their authors don't mind.


* What does it do?
==================

Original clothes by HurdyGurdy&Co are primarily intended for PC use only. While proper racial versions may be assigned to NPCs in CS by modders, they won't process correctly in case when PC tries to get the item off NPC's corpse rather than buy a specially placed unit.

In this version, all models are fully scripted, which allows not only to pick up a specially placed item of a specific racial version from the ground, but to take items of every race from containers etc., or from a fallen NPC's body. Regardless of where did you took an item, it will automatically transform into your PC's race version.

This pack is *not* compatible with Venymora's Companion Packs (currently available for Tanktops #2, Robes #1, and MQB), but it provides a similar feature. (Venymora's scripts are *not* used in this pack).

1.1 - added ability to "adjust" clothes on NPCs through amulets

1.2 - added support for HG Robes #2, Neuman's Leathers, MQB+Addon.

ATTENTION! This .zip contains .esp's only. These .esp's are *not* replacements to those from original mods, but "patches" to them. To use them in your mods/games you must have (and use) a legally purchased copy of respective HurdyGurdy®, Neuman® or CanadianIce® mod. ;-)

This .zip also contains a test plugin "TankGirl.esp" that places several female NPCs of various races to the road north of Seyda Neen. They are scripted to wear any of HG clothes by request. You can try them to ensure that clothes replacing script indeed works as intended. To use it, select "TankGirl.esp" *AND* those .esp's you have meshes for. For those .esp's you won't use, there will be error messages of "item not found" type, which can be safely ignored.

Known issues:

1. When you take the clothes item of unmatching race from a container or body, you won't be able to wear them immediately. Leave inventory for a moment for the script to kick in.

2. It is not recommended for modders to place two or more Clothes items into the same container or the same NPC in CS (player *can* do it in game, because all items from PC's inventory will be of matching race and won't need external script launching).

HurdyGurdy, Lilia, CanadianIce or any other modeler are *NOT* responsible for any ESP-related troubles inflicted by these plugs.
