    To travel you must buy a ship of some sort and the time takes however long the ship takes.

    Taking over planets...

    To take over a planet you must be evil, you must notify a senate member of what you are up to. You get the planet in 24 hours unless someone challenges you within the 24 hours and if you loose you don't get it but if you win and beat all who challenge you, you get the planet.
