Skifter - A skifter is a specially programmed sabaac card, used to help a player's luck.  By pressing on its corner, a skifter will cycle through popular card values.  When a desired card value is shown, it is selected by pressing another of the corners, thereby locking that value out of the rest of the deck.  When this occurs, roll 3d10.  If a total of 0 is rolled, when the cards are shown, two will be the same card.  The skifter provides a +5 equipment bonus to Profession (Gambler).  When not actively used to cheat, it functions as a normal sabaac card.  A skifter is valued at 3,000 credits and requires a computer use check (DC 30) to program.
