Item required: Spider Web How to get the item: Mug/Defeat Caterchipillar at the forests of Accauld Plains of Balamb Continent Card modified to get item: 1x Caterchipillar's Card = 1x Spider Web ----------------------- Blue Magic: Electrocute Effect: Thunder elemental damage to all enemies. Mug/Defeat SAM08G found in D-District Prison, Galbadia Missile Base, Galbadia attacks at Balamb and Esthar City. Card modified to get item: 1x SAM08G's Card = 1x Running Fire ----------------------- Blue Magic: Fire Breath Effect: Fire elemental damage to all enemies. Item required: Inferno Fang How to get the item: Mug/Defeat low Levels Ruby Dragon at Island closest to Hell and Esthar- Nortes Mountains. Defeat Hexdragon found in Island closest to Hell/ Esthar- Grandidi Forests with Rare Item equipped. Card modified to get item: 10x Ruby Dragon's Card = 1x Inferno Fang ----------------------- Blue Magic: Bad Breath Effect: Causes status ailments of Confuse, Berserk, Sleep, Silence, Vit 0, Poison, Darkness, Curse, Doom and Slow. Item required: Malboro Tentacle How to get the item: Mug/Defeat Malboro at Island closest to Heaven/ Esthar- Grandidi Forest Card modified to get item: 4x Malboro's Card = 1x Malboro Tentacle ----------------------- Blue Magic: White Wind Effect: Cures and Full Heals all allies depending on Quistis' max HP. Item required: Whisper How to get the item: Mug Adamantoise /defeat one Adamantoise at the shores of Long Horn Island. Card modified to get item: N/A ----------------------- Blue Magic: Homing Laser Effect: Non-elemental damage to 1 enemy. Item required: Laser Cannon How to get the item: Defeat/Mug Mobile Suite Type 8 at Lunatic Pandora, Defeat Behelmel at Galbadia- Montersou Plateau with rare item equipped. Card modified to get item: N/A ----------------------- Blue Magic: Mighty Guard Effect: Cast Haste, Protect, Shell on all allies. Sometimes Aura and Regen are cast. Item required: Barrier How to get the item: Mug/Defeat Behemoth found in Great Plains of Esthar after getting the Ragnarok Card modified to get item: 10x Behemoth's Card = 1x Barrier ----------------------- Blue Magic: Shockwave Pulsar Effect: Over 9999 non-elemental damage to all enemies. Item required: Dark Matter. How to get the item: Refine 100x Curse Spikes with Siren's Tool- RF to refine them into Dark Matter. Siren has to be at level 100 for this to work. Card modified to get item: N/A ----------------------- Blue Magic: Ray-Bomb Effect: Non-elemental damage to all enemies. Item required: Power Generator How to get the item: Mug Blitz at Centra- Khashalbald Desert. Make sure that Rare Item not equipped, even though it is very rare. Only about 4% chance to get this item. Find it during Zell's Quest at Lunatic Pandora Get it through Pocketstation Card modified to get item: N/A ----------------------- Note: -Enemies with the same element as the attack will absorb the Blue Magic. (Ex. Ruby Dragon will absorb fire breath.) -Bad breath's status changes may not effect some monsters. -Shockwave Pulsar is the strongest attack. -Degenerator is and instant kill to all monsters exept BOSS, Cactuar, and Tonberries. ********************************************************************* Final Words Well this guide has been fun to write, but it was hard to figure out all this information.
