Your rank will inprove for each Clan activity you do (Clan meetings) and the charactar level.

About Genders, alignment and elemental. Genders and alignment have no sigle effect. Elemental have only affect of the HP, MA, PP and AP. The only two elemental with the most HP is Light and Earth, but Light will start with 20% AP and Earth with 35% AP. So earth should be a better choice. Elemental will have no effect on Attack, Magic Attack, ect.

Best combination for the most attack: Orge, Earth, Captain/Ex-Soldier/Assasin

Best combination for defence: Dwarf, Earth, Captian.
