North Galaxy
Earth
Enroll in a few college courses. Takes 15 hours. Doubles your Intelligence.
Kami's Place
Enter the room of spirit and time. Takes 15 consectutive hours. Enter alone and gain 1.25x stats to End, EXP, Ki, and Sp. Enter with a partner and gain 1.5x.
Yardrat
Build any item with Kibit's help, even those outside your intelligence range (must still meet int. requirement to use it). Takes 1/2 the normal building time.
Majin
Become a Majin Warrior. Babidi may take control of you at any time (wears off after one death). Learn all of the moves taught on Planet Majin.
West Galaxy
Namek
Guru unleashes your hidden powers. Takes one hour. Multiplies End, Ki, and Sp by 1.5.
Kaio
Learn any move in the game (except ND moves) in 5 hours. Must meet EXP requirement before it can be taught or used.
Freeza #9
Spend 15 consecutive hours developing another created move.
Vegeta
Train at Vegeta's Palace and multiply your Exp by 1.5. Takes 15 hours.
Next Dimension
(Must be DEAD to perform an ND power-ups)
North ND
Train in higher gravity and multiply your End by 1.5. Takes 15 hours.
West ND
Train in an underwater enviroemtn to mulriply your Sp by 1.5. Takes 15 hours.
Snake Way
Lord Emma can restore you to life. Takes 1 hour.
Hell
Sell your soul to return to the plane of the living for 5 days. Doubler may take control of you at any time. Takes one hour.
Special Services
Earth
Master Gohan will permantly remove the tail of any saiyin for $500. Takes 5 hours to perform the procedure.
Kami's Place
Kami will fully heal you using his powers. Costs $500.
Vegeta
King Vegeta's mechanics will upgrade your space pod to any type you like, so long as you pay the difference between the two. Takes five days for them to complete their work. The original pod keeps any add-ons or features that originally came with the pod.
Freeza #9
King Kold's will use his equipment to help you find the dragonball's of any planet. Costs 200 per ball. Cuts the time for each ball by 1/4. You must give King Kold one wish. Should the balls only grant one wish, the price to find them triples (and you may keep your wish).
