EarthBound Arena RP is coming along nicely compared to Project EarthBound Omega. But the fact they are difference things may have something to do with it. Lol. EarthBound Arena RP is actually a Yahoo Chat based role playing fighting game. Good enough description? Anyways, I am still working on the problems with this and looking for any help I can get. What The Heck Is EarthBound Arena RP?
Here's the whole idea of EarthBound Arena RP, or EBA for short: its a standard RP fighting type game but with a twist - you choose one of the selected EarthBound characters (from SNES) and fight using they're PSI attacks or in Jeff's case, their favored combat weapon. The EarthBound Arena RP room can be found in the Games category on user Yahoo Chat rooms.

Getting To Learn EarthBound Arena RP
Registering
This is the first step. Its free! Lol. First, email me at mm_bee88@hotmail.com with 'Registering' in the subject line. Also tell me who you which character you would like to be and your Yahoo ID. I'll send you your register code. The register code is a way to tell one Starman Deluxe from another Starman Deluxe and so on. Its also to show who you actually are and make sure I don't have strangers and people who haven't registered coming in and fighting. In a nut shell, its really your EarthBound Arena RP screen name. But beware: when selecting a character in the email, you can not change afterwards.
Choosing A Character
Every character is different. The characters are Ness, Paula, Jeff, Poo, Dog, Buzz Buzz, Starman Junior, Starman Super, Starman Deluxe, Ghost Of Starman and Final Starman (complete character stats at the bottom of the page in chart section).
Attacking
The available attacks are PSI Fire 1/2, PSI Freeze 1/2, PSI Starstorm 1/2, PSI Magnet, Shield, Brainshock and PSI Special. Each attack has different effects or different damage. The thing that takes the whole EarthBound feeling away is that PP's don't exist here, all PSI attacks are used like regular PP-less attacks. The attacks Shield and Brainshock work differently then normal PSI attacks. When Shield is used, the user is invulnerable to any damage sustained for two rounds. Any other Shields used while previous Shield is used does not count. When Brainshock is used, the opponents attacks damage him/herself for two rounds. Jeff has a different setup for his attacks. Since our genius doesn't have PSI capabilities, he relies on his trusty weapons to help him in combat. His weapons are the Magnum Air Gun, Counter PSI Unit and the Baddest Beam. The Counter PSI Unit reverses all PSI attacks used on Jeff back to the opponent. This weapon lasts for two rounds. Paula also has a special attack, well its not actually an attack, its Praying. When she prays, she maximizes her HP back to its original place. No attack has a certain amount of times it can be performed.
Ending A Fight
Once the opponent's HP is drained (complete character stats at the bottom of the page in chart section), you must say T1 and take a screen shot of this. Now if you don't know how, ask someone who does because I am not going to explain this long process. Once you get the screen shot, save it either as a '.bmp' or a '.jpg' file and send it via Yahoo Messenger, not e-mail! In the subject line, type 'Fight Results'. Don't forget to add both yours and your opponents screen names and register codes. I will fix your statistics and contact your opponent to declare the result.

2) No Cheating
These two basic rules will be totally enforced. I always have someone in the room (when it is created) monitoring it. Anyone found spamming will have their register code removed and be bombed as long as I am online. I don't usually result to bombing but I also don't want any spamming wannabe hackers in this game. I just hate lamers.
