Your brain can only handle VR Training once every 3 days, and Every time you train, your exps goes up 500 points when you train without your MS, your exps goes up 750. Most of the time you will die if you go without your MS. So I do not suggest it for those who are just starting. You can battle others, go on mock raids, or battle multiple foes until you wish to stop. If you die, and your on foot, you will get only 500 exps points instead of 750.
