This is a "fan audio" that my friend Adam and I threw together over quite quickly last night. It is only about four minutes long, and it was only done in good fun, but we're thinking about doing more, placing Dalek's in odd situations, places you'd never expect to see them.In this, I play the Daleks and Adam plays the Cyber-Dude (not quite a Cyberman, but close.) We used Cool Edit '96 to treat our voices, and the sound FX/music were lifted from various areas.
You'll even hear a dice rolling sound effect lifted from the Monopoly videogame on SNES, that's how tapped for sound FX I am.
And I honestly think I do a fairly decent Dalek. Never mind the distortion on my voice, I just think I do a good "Dalek voice." Hard to explain, really.
As I said, this was thrown togather quite quick, was recorded on a cheap logitec head set, and edited in Cool Edit '96 and Nero Wav Editor. Done strictly for a bit of fun, but I thought I'd share.
