~Recruitment Rules~

Must have a char that's an Arch or Seyan.
Must have at least a lvl 15 spawner alt..
More spawners are always appreciated and a Plus in the recruitment process,
All recruitments are Voted on by the Leaders if not
clan, Even invites needs a leader's approval.
