This quest is given by Yoakin. He will tell you about a large bear killing some people.
And asks you to go kill it and bring back it's tooth. If you follow the path by the teleporter
You will run into the Mama Bear (Level 12), Onve you've killed her take her tooth back to Yoakin
He will give you 5gold and some experience for it.
