Desiree is part succubus and part fairy, even though the only charactoristic of her mother (fairy) is her black butterfly wings, unlike the usual feathery wings of your normal demon. Being a succubus she needs sex (energy from sex) to stay alive, much like a vampire would need blood. She never knew her fire-fairy mother, she was snatched imidiatly at birth by her father (an incubus) and braught to and raised in hell. Despite her hellish upbringing she does have a soft spot for children and has one of her own, Leon David Speyr, son of Forrest Speyr.
Even though her natural form is shown above like any succubus she can change her appearance to whatever she may please, especialy if her victom is not atracted to her current form. When looking for her victoms she alters her looks just slitely by hiding her wings, horns, and fangs.
