Abilities
Abilities are the main show of the Dragonballs. They can range from huge explosions to lethal beams. In any form, these attacks are impressive. Each Ability has a Damage Level (DL). This is the basic indicator of really how strong the ability is. Everyone starts off knowing Melee and Ki Ball. Learning times are in parenthesis.
DL: The % of your PL for damage.
Ratings
Level 1 - Basic move requiring little effort
Level 2 - Requires user to charge for 1 turn and are fairly strong
Level 3 - Requires 2 turns of charging and are extremely powerful

Move Training
Till now, you were only aloud to target 1 person with your attacks (or more if i was in a good mood). Now you can target even more! By training your moves for 5 days, you may then target another person with it! You may train them to an level you wish, so u can fire an Ki Ball at 100 people if u spend 500days training it!! Restrictions: Melee, Hasshuken, Dachi Retsuzan, Double Tshukidan, Level 3 moves (except self destruct) can't be boosted with multiples and Genki Dami ALWAYS targets every enemy. Also, you may train the damage of your moves! For every 5 days put into power of your move, it will grow an additional 5% DL. This can be done on all moves except Level3 moves!!Level 1
Melee / 10% DL / Hand to Hand combat.
Ki Ball / 12% DL / Very Basic energy attack, everyone knows this.
Energy Dan / 18% DL / A large orb surrounds you, then explodes outward in a very large blast radius (5 days)
Kamehameha / 20% DL / This is the move! (5 days)
Kienzan / 13% DL / Energy is formed into a Disc-shape Blade over head (5 days)
Makankosappa / 15% DL / Two fingers are held at the forehead to gather energy, then released into a 'spiral' beam (5 days)
Tsuihidan / 15% DL / It is a Ki blast, and it tracks its enemy.(5 days)
Bakuhatsuha / 15% DL / Raise 2 fingers into the air after pointing where you want the blast to take affect. The area will explode! (targets all enemies)(6 days)
Galeck-Ho / 20% DL / Vegeta's Kamehameha (7 days)
Big Bang Attack / 20% DL / This is the expirement of Vegetas when he first achieved SSJ. Its fired by extending your arm and holding your palm flat (6 days)
Eye/Finger Lasers / 15% DL / Pure energy rays emitted either from eyes or finger tips (5 days)
Dodonpa / 18% DL / Similar to lasers, but explode upon impact (6 days)
Honoo / 15% DL / A powerful breath of fire. (5 days)
Hankokubukorisho/ 10% DL / This fires an electrical charge at the opponent. Its effect holds the victim fairly still and is very difficult to escape from. (3 days)
Level 2
Masenko / 25% DL / A very strong blast formed above the head and fire from both hands. Usually used in the air. (6 days)
Hasshuken / 30% DL / Allows for the growth of 8 arms for increased attack ability (arms last 1 turn)(7 days)
Galek Gun / 30% DL / 30 Rapidly fired Ki Blasts (7 days)
Kuukanteni Punch and Kick / 35% DL / An odd move where the user stays in one place and can throw various punches and kicks into portals. A portal will then open up behind the opponent and the punch or kick will go right through. (8 days)
Final Flash / 30% DL / The entire body is needed for this attack. It is formed with arms outstretched amd are then brought together to fire the blast. (7 days)
Kikoho / 25% DL / Simply a powerful energy blast (6 days)
Mouth Blast / 25% DL / Energy Beam fired from the mouth (6 days)
Crasher Ball / 20% DL / Chi Ball formed over the head (6 days)
Astro Fire Cannon / 25% DL / Fires many super-charged energy attacks into the air at the opponents above. (7 days)
Renzoku Energy Dan / 25% DL / Many High Powered Energy Dans fired very rapidly (6 days)
Daichi Retsuzan / 30% DL / This forms a sword made out of pure Ki. Its is formed around your hand by reaching out and saying 'SWORD' (6 days)
Makosen / 30% DL / Energy blast fired from both outstretched arms (6 days)
Double Tsukidan / 30% DL / Similar to the Kamehameha, but there are 2 of them and are guideable (6 days)
Burning Attack / 30% DL / A powerful energy blast shot from both hands. It is done when holding both hands forward, while doing some strange arm moves, and then put both hands forward again, index fingers and thumbs touching. Then release the blast. (6 days)
Bakurikimaha / 35% DL / A Blast charged in one hand and fired when the other is gripping the wrist (6 days)
Level 3
Self-Destruct / 500% DL / You literally explode, killing yourself in hopes of killing your opponent (5 days)
Kakusandan / 75% DL / A ki blast that fires into the air and then bursts into numerous fragments that rain down upon enemies. (8 days)
Daichiretsuzan / 75% DL / With a swipe of the hand with two fingers extended, it creates an invisible cutting beam that goes a long way. (8 days)
Finish Buster / 55% DL / Trunks Favorite finisher. Can only be used as a finisher. (9 days)
Meteo Smash / 60% DL / Huge Kamehameha (6 days)
Psycho-Kinesis Bomb / 70% DL / This levitates your opponent into the air then sets off a Ki blast from within. (9 days)
Hell's Flash / 65% DL / Fires multiple energy attacks from the wrist (ANDROIDS only)(10 days)
Final Kamehameha / 80% DL / A HUGE Kamehameha. Formed like the normal one, just one single ball. (10 days)
Galactica Doughnut / 70% DL / An energy ring is formed around the opponents, then explodes. (9 days)
Genocide Attack / 400% DL / The most devestating attack used in DBZ. It launches millions of Ki blasts into the air, seeking out and destroying their targets. (20 days)
Kon Dan "Imprisonment Ball"/ 90% DL / Freeza's special attack where he captures his opponent in a ball of energy they can't break out of. As soon as the ball hits the ground, it explodes. Contains victim for 3 turns before exploding. (15 days)
Geki-Ret-Suko-Dan / 90% DL / Piccolos strongest attack. It is formed from the chest, then released from the same spot. (15 days)
Akumaitokosen / -- / A small energy attack that will destroy the target if there is evil within their heart. (20 days)
Haretsu no Maho / 100% DL / A magic spell used to make people explode. (Use as finisher)(15 days)
Delayed Death / 70% DL / Many Ki blasts are fired and slow down around the opponent, then all come crashing in upon him. (10 days)
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack / 80% DL / It spits out a ghost-like form closely resembling the person. The ghostlike form has a mind of its own, and when it hits anything, it explodes, severely damaging whatever is caught in the blast. (10 days)
Renzoku Shine / 75% DL / Same as Renzoku Energy Dan, except much more powerful. (10 days)
Death Ball / 100% DL / A small energy ball that when thrown at a planet will eventually destroy it. Thrown at a person...It really hurts (15days)
Tactical
Tri-form - You split into 3 seperate fighters. Lasts 3 turns (5 days)
Time Freeze - Freezes time for 3 turns or until opponent is hit. May be used 3 times a fight and as an defensive move. If both combatant knows the move, neither warrior may use it. (5 days)
Yoikominminken - It is a hypnosis technique used to put people into a deep sleep, by using a strange voice and hand motions.sleep for 3 turns. May only succuessfully use this once a fight. Nullified if both fighters know it.(5 Days)
Body Change - This moves switches the bodies and PLs of 2 fighters. It will reverse when the original person is defeated. (4 days)
Bunshin - A technique where the user can sprout independently acting and thinking duplicates of themselves that fight alongside them. This is only used in the anime and movies. Each sprout is 25% stats of the user.(10 days)
Ki Barrier - Creates an unpenetrable barrier of Ki. It will take upto 25% of users PL in Damage. May only be used once a fight. (5 days)
Barrier - Barrier of Ki that blocks melee attacks for 15% of users PL in Damage. May only use once a fight. (5 days)
Fusion Dance - This allows to fighters of similar body size and PL to fuse together for 1 fight. Both fighters must know the dance (7 days)
Solar Flare - causes a huge flash of sunlight which blinds opponent for 3 turns. Can be dodges. May only successfuly use it once a fight. (3 days)
12 Eyes - You seperate into 4 seperate fighters, each with 1/4 your stats (3 days)
Mufabada - Techinque that seals the opponent into a jar. User dies and victim is trapped into the jar for 60 days or until released. (3 days)
Kyodaika - This allows you to increase your body size and strength for a fight. Stats double for the fight and may be used every other fight (5 days)
Papparapar - Telepost to your spaceship as long as you ar ein same galaxy. (3 days)
Food Change - Change your downed opponent into edible little delicacies. May only be used as a finisher, kills victim and user gains 10% of the victims stats (10 days)
Super Kaioken - Advanced Kaioken. You must have a PL of over 100,000 to learn this technique and must alrdy know the original Kaioken attack. Super Kaioken Attack makes your stats x4 for 5 turns, and may be used every other fight. (9 days)
Transformations
The transformations are the same for most races. This is so that everyone has an equal chance. You must train for 5 days to achieve your Super Form. If I went completely by the series then the Saiyans would be the most powerful once they hit 100,000 PL. All bonuses for going 'Super' are in PL. Also, as you go up in forms, you become stronger and faster. Each level you are given a roll boost number to add to your fight rolls, to make you 'faster'

Ultimate Transformation
This happens to all beings, this is their state of surreal power. One who has attained this great power glows white. Their hair stands on end and seems to constantly have a wind blowing it around. If you ever DO reach this form people of a lower PL (25% or more lower)cannot come within 10' of you unless you let them.
