A burst of blinding light suddenly shines, even through the thick canopy of the forest in which you tread. Through the flash of flooding light, a silver male appears, streaks of silver down his back reflecting against the sunlight, making it hard to look at him. He is the Alphen of this pack, .::Crimson Tainted Crescent::. But wait, all have not arrived yet...the grass rustles underfoot and twigs snap easily as another approaches...a smokey grey male, his bark-colored eyes narrowed suspiciously upon you. At his side is his mate, who moves noiselessly over the terra, her grey paws having no effect upon the ground she treads upon. You know instantly, the Beta pair. Sounds of another can be heard from behind you. As you turn slowly, full of dread, towards the noises, a black- grey wolf watches you with matching eyes, lifting a lip in a silent snarl. Pawsteps from just opposite him reveal the male's mate, an ebony wolf with gold and silver streaks...perhaps the only friendly face in this bunch, though if threatened, she will turn as mean and fearsome as any of the others. The wolves' gazes pierce into your soul, clearly asking the question Are you good enough? Well? Are you?
