To activate these secrets, you must enter the following code in your Super Nintendo Entertainment System Controller while the title screen is showing (and I think the pendulum is still swaying back and forth):
B, B, X, X, Y, Y, L, R, L, R, Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, B, X, Y, O, B, X, L, Left, R, Right, Start & A.
Secret Endings
In any ending where Magus appears, Schala will also (obviously you have to have gotten both Schala and Magus). She will head for the same pillar or gate, saying "I will try to mend up the damage mother did in my time." She will repeat the same in any situation, while Magus will be asked "So, are you going to return to 12000 BC?" instead of "So, are you going to look for Schala?" for obvious reasons.
And after any ending possible after getting Magus and Schala in your party a short clip will happen. Magus and Schala arrive to the cave with the gate in 12000 AD.
Schala nears the exit and complains about the difficult it'll be to leave without an airship. Magus tells her he has to tell her something first.
"Schala... I'm..."
Schala turns around and tell him, "You're Janus, right?" Magus obviously surprises and can't talk.
"I knew it since you rescued me. I noted, in the very deep of you, a resemblance to Janus when you posed as the prophet, but it was impossible to think such a thing. But later, the look in your eyes after you found me again, and every time you looked at me made me suspect, and I was sure when Gaspar explained me about the time travel, and how were you sucked into the gate the first time.
"That's why you never tried to look for me, uh?"
"I planned to, but by the time Lavos was destroyed, I already realized who you were."
She pauses for a while. "But, I'm still looking for my little brother"
"Huh?" Then Schala runs to Magus as the music brightens up. Magus hugs her.
"Finally, Schala, finally."
Then the scene ends and the credits or the world shows up.
As a note, Cyrus will also appear on endings with Frog, but he will only say "The kingdom has waited long enough for me. I must go back." and follow Frog and disappear with him.

Ayla Fist Upgrages
These events in a game will only occur if you use a new game plus many times. Ayla actually does upgrade her fist, along with her damage if you play the game enough. At level 72, Ayla will get an Iron Fist. Her attack power is around 600, and she can usually inflict Chaos dammage as well, but the enemy will most likely die. At level 99, she gets a Bronze Fist. Her attack power is around 800, and if she gets a critical hit, she deals 9,999 damage! Remember, this will take a while to get, so have patience, and you will make it.
Beat The Game Quick
Once you start a new game plus, go to where Lucca tells you to enter the left pod and go the right pod instead. There will be a little light that looks like an item there, try to pick it up and it will take you to Lavos. Beat Lavos and a cool ending will take place.
Destroy Son of Sun
Hit the flames around him. You'll be sorry if you hit the wrong one. It will do damage to the Son of Sun if you hit it. If not, it will say miss and he will Counter-Attack.
Moon Stone (Sun Stone)
You need the Epoch and Dalton has to have already fixed up your ship. Go to the future and use the map if you need to. Go South until you see land. (Use The Map !) Go into the Sun Palace and destroy the Son of Sun. Go up and get the Moon Stone.
New Game Plus
Simply beat the game through the black omen. New Game Plus appears next to New Game. When you select it, you can start your game with everything from a previous game.
Secret of the Dome
In the Arris Dome in 2300 AD, you find out that the rat knows the secret of the dome -- i.e., how to get into the seemingly inaccessible door. If you''re using a Super Nintendo, you just follow the rat''s instructions, pressing and holding the L, R and A buttons at the control panel and voila! You''re in.
However, if you''re using an emulator, it might not be so easy. Depending on the way your emulator was built, the keyboard may not send the information in a fashion that the emulator will understand as all three buttons being pressed simultaneously. If that''s the case for you, try using a joystick or binding all three buttons to one key temporarily.
Son of Sun Easier
Son of Sun can only take damage if you hit the right flame.
However, if you use Magus'' black hole attack, you can eliminate two of the flames and make things MUCH easier.
Tons of Cash/Tech points
Go to the hunting range in the stone age. Fight the Nu. When it rains it is either at the top left, top right, lower right.
When you defeat it you get 3 of each trade item and 30 tech points. Repeat untill you have 99 of each trade item. Go to the trader and trade for the sword and the arm.
Next sell off all the arms and swords.
Unlimited shelters
To get as many shelters as you want or 99. Go to Gardia Forest in year 600. Explore or take the first left turn then go north then turn right. Here you face 2 choices up or across. Go across, you'll see some rustleing bushes. Both have monsters in them, green & white, the white one will drop a shelter,then leave, (or not.) Leave, then go back to the same spot and the monster will drop another shelter, do this as many times as you want.
Unlock the Factory Door
If your having trouble with the door on the very bottom floor try this. Whenever you go to the computer and it asks you to enter the code, press X, A, B, Y.
