Eiko lives alone in her home village Madain Sari. She is the last of the "summoners" who once dwelt there. But now she lives in her own house amongst the ruins, in the company of her moogle friends. Eiko comes along with the adventurers because Garnet is very interested in learning more about summoning, and Eiko has set her sights on making Zidane her new boyfriend.
