Ultimate Offering + Mysterious Puppeteer
Basically, you use Ultimate Offering, pay 500 LP to summon a bunch of monsters, then use Mysterious Puppeteer to gain 500 LP for each monster on the field, including your opponent's. You get a full field and possibly gain LP.
Dark Hole (Black Hole) + Monster Reborn (Revive Dead)
Both cards are restricted in the Japanese version of the game, which shows how powerful they are. Monster reborn is very versatile, you can destroy a monster first, through any means, and revive it for your own use with Monster Reborn.
Forced Takeover + Hand Wipeout
Forced Takeover is a card which forces the opponent to discard a card when you discard, so combo that with Hand Wipeout, which forces both players to discard their hand and draw the same amount of card. What's interesting is that the new hand that the opponent draws will be forced to be discarded due to Forced Takeover. Talk about instant hand destruction.
Swords of Revealing Light + Fissure
Got that pesky set monster you want to get rid but don't want to waste your Raigeki/Dark Hole? No problem, just "reveal" it with Swords of Revealing Light and get rid of it with Fissure! Locking down the opponent's attack along the way.
