Name: Junglist
It has been confirmed!! Were-Hunter is sixth and final quest ... here's what EQOA said themselves:
"New Features in Development (regarding Lycanthropy):
-Several city guards will become more powerful to better defend their citizens from the horrors of Norrath, making the cities unsafe for any lycanthrope in their were-form.
-Citizens of the villages and cities of Norrath will far less likely to interact with players in their were-form. Mercenaries and lycanthrope hunters will be hunting player character lycanthropes in the cities, villages, and wilderness of Norrath and are trained to spot lycanthropes even when in human or feral form.
-New quests for the various breeds of Lycanthropes will be available for the lycanthropes to obtain an archetype specific lycanthrope ability.
-The Gypsies of Tunaria will be willing to teach non-lycanthrope players of any race or class that have earned the trust and favor of the gypsies a new Master Class, the Were Hunter.
-A new high level triggered event encounter in the Unkempt Woods will allow both non-lycanthrope and lycanthrope players to take part in the struggle for leadership over the Unkempt Tribes." -Taken from everquest.com/eqoa
Well I hope this helps you make your decision! Were's also beware that NPCs will now try to hunt you down in your form, meaning you might be KoS to some NPCs in your lycanthrope form that are not KoS to you in your "normal"

Name:
"In the gypsy camps across Tunaria men and women are preparing to defend their camps from the lycanthropes utilizing obscure and mysterious gypsy sorcery and traditions. The most powerful of the gypsy sorcerers and fighters prepare to hunt the lycanthropes in the wilds and for the first time in several generations are teaching those not of gypsy blood their secret magical and martial traditions." -Also taken from everquest.com/eqoa
This is just another hint of things to come for the new were-hunters....

Name: Junglist
Were-Hunter quest: starts in Oasis, quest giver = Djivan Mertshak.
I finished this quest with Junglist (Fierna and Novaly helped of course) ... it was easy and didn't take long but because it's new it might be camped for the next couple of days. Good luck and be safe!
Oh yeah first CM unlocked after becoming were-hunter is Arcane Regeneration (+10 HoT, Costs 30 CM points)
I'm not sure, but I think you have to be lvl 55 to be able to have Were-Hunter tag, and as of yet I haven't found any additional quests but will be on the look out.

You also get awarded 2mill. experience points after you tell him you want to become a were-hunter. Yes it is permanent and you can NOT get infected by lycanthropes if you become a were-hunter. I'm still on the look out for some new info. please post any you find here and I will do the same.

Name:
Divine Were-Hunters (I think thats the name for healer were-hunters):
New CM unlocked around 45ish called Field Training, under archetype CMs.
Field Training - -5 Charisma for +15 Strength. Takes some charisma for added strength. I know its a loss of one of our main abilities but I'm sure they are doing it for a reason.
(Casters new cm takes -5 Int for +15 Strength. Not sure on name or DDs/Tanks new CMs.)
Please post any info you have and I will do the same!
