Weapon Smiths: If you are considering selling weapons to the forum members know that there are deductions that goto the forum. For each +1, +2, & +3 item sold there will be deductions of 25% to goto the creator (employee of the shop) of the enhancer, 10% to the forum, and 65% to the owner of the shop.
  • six (6) enhancer limit per member
  • no attack or defense enhancer above +/- 3
  • no heal or rezz enhancer above +/- 3
  • no perception enhancer above +/- 1
  • no elementals, period
  • must obtain a receipt for enhancer
Weapons in the forum have a maximum effect of +3 for attack and defense, and +1 for perception and stealth. Like most forums, perception and stealth enhancers can simply be purchased, however, there are a few differences with atk and def enhancers in this forum. Typical of most forums, +1 and +2 enhancers of either kind can simply be purchased, however, it is in seeking the +3 enhancers that things change a bit. Since +3 enhancers are considered to be "divine" artifacts, they cannot be forged by normal, simpleton smiths. One needs to either seek out a smithy trained in the arcane arts, or provided a log of a storyline reason for the character's acquisition of this weapon. If one chooses the latter, there will still be a fine levied, and a crap shit log is unacceptable. The log will have to display a rather deep and involving storyline, otherwise, the log will simply be ruled invalid for the purpose of legally registering the weapon within the forum.
level 3 enhancers
plus (+) and minus (-) one (1) enhancers
quest and storyling items of high durability and power. No 'normal' item would be under this category, these are the items such as mage staffs, fireblades, runeblades, and pendants. These items are not only made of the finest materials, metals, and alloys but infused with magical properties and are much deadlier and much better defense than either of the previous classes of enhancers.
level 2 enhancers
plus (+) and minus (-) two (2) enhancers
weapons/armor falling under this category are generally slightly better in construction and durability than those in the previous category. Weapons falling into this class would generally be constructed of metals, alloys, or crystal such as diamond or ruby. Their blades would have undergone meticulous sharpening processes. like weaponry, armor under this category would be constructed of strong metals and alloys and would be new.
level 1 enhancers
plus (+) and minus (-) three (3) enhancers
generally a crude piece of weaponry or armor. in the case of weapons the blades typically an unrefined edge and are constructed of malleable or easily shattered materials like stone, bone, or ivory. in the case of armor it is typically of a light construction examples being a leather vest, cloaks, cloth pants or shirts, etc. bear in mind that no enhancer falling into this category can possess any kind of magical properties.
