healers
There are two types of non-combtant professions which our forum recognizes within its realms. These professions are healers and priests. Healers are needed during wartime after an attack, and to heal the winner of a death match, unless of course the winner can heal themselves. A healer is needed to heal the body after an assassination attempt or death match loss to prepare it for a soul's return. The healing is not part of the ressurection ceremony but rather a separate ceremony and not included in the ressurection which priests alone can do. Healers use their dice just as anyone else except instead of inflicting damage, they are healing with every point rolled. This is required before a rezz can be attempted. When healing, the healer must use only two dice and hit for at least two (2) points every round to keep going. Healers will use the standard hit table of 20 - 30 - 40 hit points for healing. A combatant healer gains a set experience of:

natural
halfbreed
supernatural
400
600
800

The standard of 20 experience is gained if a miss occurs before healing is complete.

A non-combatant healer gainst 25 experience points per healing point wether the healing is a success or not. Non-combatant healers cannot blatantly roll over the points needed to heal for extra experience or they will be fined.

Priests and healers must use two dice when performing duties such as healing, resurrections, blessings, curse removals, soul transfers, etc. All rolls must be hit in a row without missing, a miss is when a score of at least two (2) is not achieved. If a miss is made, the priest or healer is awarded 20 experience points. All duties and/or services must be logged to count for experience and said log turned in to either the healer or priest coordinator for verification that healing or duty was done correctly. You must state what is being done at the beginning of the log. You must list the total of "hits" per person at the end of the log, if hits were needed.

If a priest, priestess or healer take a non-combantant status to devote themselves fully to the calling upon their lives, their experience for all duties doubles but they may not turn in any spars or any other type of combat match for experience. They must have listed in their profile that they are non-combantant, however they can still be assassinated (AA) or kidnapped (KA) in any war. No priest/priestess or healer is required to take such a status but the option is open to all those who wish to do so.
