Heres some training you can do.

PUSHUPS:

You can to do pushups once a day. When you do pushups you do it like this ::pushup:: ::pushup2:: all the why to 100-1000. 

Training chart
Do 100 pushups get 500PL, 250HP, 100KI.
Do 200 pushups get 1,000PL, 500HP, 200KI. 
Do 300 pushups get 1,500PL, 750HP, 300KI.
Do 400 pushups get 2,000PL, 1,000HP, 400KI.
Do 500 pushups get 2,500PL, 1,250HP, 500KI.
Do 600 pushups get 3,000PL, 1,500HP, 600KI.
Do 700 pushups get 3,500PL, 1,750HP, 700KI.
Do 800 pushups get 4,000PL, 2,000HP, 800KI.
Do 900 pushups get 4,500PL, 2,250HP, 900KI.
Do 1000 pushups get 5,000PL, 2,500HP, 1,000KI.


GRAVITY ROOM TRAINING:

Gravity level at 50 you get 10,000PL, 7,500HP, 5,000KI.
Gravity level at 100 you get 25,000PL, 15,000HP, 10,000KI.
Gravity level at 200 you get 50,000PL, 25,000HP, 20,000KI.
Gravity level at 300 you get 75,000PL, 50,000HP, 30,000KI.
Experts only
Gravity level at 400 you get 100,000PL, 75,000HP, 50,000KI.


SPARING:

In sparing you cannot die its like fighting but you get experience even if you lose. When you lose you get 1,000PL, 250HP, 100KI. When you win twice as much. 


TRAINING FOR HP:

When you training for hit points you do laps so its going to look this ::lap1:: ::lap2:: ::lap3:: and then you keep on going all the way to 100-1000.Here is a chart.

Do 50 laps and get 500HP. 
Do 100 laps and get 750HP.
Do 200 laps and get 1,000HP.
Do 300 laps and get 1,500HP.
Do 400 laps and get 2,000HP. 
Do 500 laps and get 2,500HP.
Do 600 laps and get 3,000HP.
Do 700 laps and get 3,500HP.
Do 800 laps and get 4,000HP.
Do 900 laps and get 4,500HP.
Do 1000 laps and get 5,000HP.

TRAINING FOR PL:

When you training for power level you do situps so its going to look this :: situp1:: ::situp2:: ::situp3:: and then you keep on going all the way to 100-2000.Here is a chart.

Do 100 situps and get 1,000PL.
Do 200 situps and get 2,000PL.
Do 300 situps and get 3,000PL.
Do 400 situps and get 4,000PL.
Do 500 situps and get 5,000PL. 
Do 600 situps and get 6,000PL.
Do 700 situps and get 7,000PL.
Do 800 situps and get 8,000PL.
Do 900 situps and get 9,000PL.
Do 1000 situps and get 10,000PL.

TRAINING FOR KI:

When you training for ki you do one of your moves so for example: ::kamehameha wave:: ::kamehameha wave2:: ::kamehameha wave3:: and then you keep on going all the way to 100-1000.Here is a chart.

Do 50 of your moves and get 200KI.
Do 100 of your moves and get 400KI.
Do 200 of your moves and get 800KI.
Do 300 of your moves and get 1,200KI.
Do 400 of your moves and get 1,600KI.
Do 500 of your moves and get 2,000KI.
Do 600 of your moves and get 2,400KI.
Do 700 of your moves and get 2,800KI.
Do 800 of your moves and get 3,200KI.
Do 900 of your moves and get 3,600KI.
Do 1000 of your moves and get 4,000KI.
