Abilities: A psychic thief is an all around character. They need not be specialized in any area but cant be weak in an area either.

Class Features
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: A psychic thief is proficient with all simple and martial weapons. A psychic thief is also proficient with light armor. A psychic thief may not use any armor heavier than light or they cant use any special abilities.
Powers: A psychic thief manifests psionic powers. A psychic thief starts off knowing two 0-level powers.
To manifest a power the psychic thief must have a key ability score of at least 10 + the powers level. DC for psionic powers is 1D20 + the powers level + the psychic thiefs key ability modifier. A psychic thief may learn a lower level power in place of a higher one.
Power Points: A psychic thief can manifest a certain number of powers per day based on the available power points. Psychic thieves do not gain bonus power points.
0-Level Powers: A psychic thief can manifest a talent for free a number of times equal to 2 + psychic thief level. After that a talent costs 1 point to manifest.
Psionic Combat Modes: At first level the psychic thief can learn three psionic combat modes. The psychic thief learns a new combat mode every other level.
Improved Psionic Combat: At third level whenever a psionic thief makes a succesful psionic combat attack they may drain 1D6 for every three levels of power points instead of doing ability damage. The psychic thief gains the same number of power points.
Power Punch: At sixth level any unarmed attack the psychic thief makes additionally drains 1D10 power points from the target and the psychic thief gains the same amount of power points.
Psicrystals: At seventh level the psychic thief may make psicrystals as a psion does.
Shadow Combat: At twelfth level when a psychic thief manifests a power that does damage the power may instead drain that number of power points from the target instead of doing damage. The psychic thief gains the same number of power points.
