She has a white leather band holding back her long four foot low slung ponytail. She wears small five pointed gold earrings. She has a bluish white belt around her neck, and a black based sailor fuku, it's a bikini top with sash, the sash is black and the bikini is lined with bluish white, on the front of the fuku top is a winged shooting star brooch. She wears gloves that come up to her biceips, and has bluish white belts around her biceps to match her chocker. Around her waist is a gold metal belt that forms an x and has a five pointed star in the middle. She has a hotpants that are black and dip low in the front and back, where it dips she has a peice of gold matrial. Fighter has thigh high black boots that have an three inch heel.

She has a white leather band holding back her long four foot low slung ponytail. She wears small five pointed gold earrings. She has a bluish white belt around her neck, and a black tinged silver based sailor fuku, it's a bikini top with sash, the sash is black tinged silver and the bikini is lined with bluish white, on the front of the fuku top is a winged shooting star brooch. She wears black tinged silver gloves that come up to her biceips, and has bluish white belts around her biceps. Around her waist is a platinum metal belt that forms an x and has a five pointed gold star in the middle. StarFire Chakra Ignite!: She raises on hand into the air, as a disc of light forms on her raised palm. It becomes solid metal, and when she launches it on ignite the Chakra becomes a blazing bolt of white fire.

Power Up: Seiya now gets excat preminations, or warnings of what may come.
Fighter Star Infinity Make-up!~(fuku changes= Starting from the head, she now longer has the tiara but a navy star in the center of her forehead. She has a platinum band of stars holding back her long four foot low slung ponytail. She wears small multifacted gold crystal star earrings. She has a bluish white belt around her neck, and a fuku that's color is now either black, silver, or gold depending on how the light hits it, it's a bikini top with sash, the bikini is lined with bluish white, on the front of the fuku top is a winged shooting star brooch the star in the center of the brooch is now a multifacted star crystal that has a platinum center, gold rays and the tips fade out to silver, the wings on either side of the crystal are moonstone. She wears gloves that come up to her biceips, and has bluish white belts around her becieps. Around her waist is a condensed starlight belt that forms an x and has a glittering pointed star in the middle. She has a hotpants that dip low in the front and back, where it dips she has a peice of white matrial. Fighter has thigh high boots that have an three inch heel. Sitting against her side in the belt is a glittering ring of light. When removed it becomes her chakra. She gains two sets of wings, one set are angel wings, that are white, with a navy tint, and gold tipped feathers, on those wings are three bands, one at her back, one mid way up and one just before the joint, their on both wings, the bands are gold edged with a lapis Lazul center. The second set of wings like the angel wings in color, but are more oval shaped and come down the length of her arms, they are free standing, and bend with her arms, allowing a wider varity of in air movement.

Star Scared Fireblast!~ Raises her hand up into the air palms seeming cupping it. Her eyes are closed as rays of white fire swirl into her palms. She then brings the down before her as if to drink the energy in, her eyes closed. She opens her eyes which are now glowing, and spins lowering her right hand with energy, when she's facing front again she releases it.
Star Sacred Light Unite!: Closes her eyes again, this time with her hands folded before her brooch. Her head is bowed as borrowed energy from Healer and Maker comes to her. She then starts to glow with there combined power. Opening her eyes she holds her right hand up, palm facing the enemy as a ball of teal light comes racing at them it's tail is magenta, and it has a laser beam of light racing around it as it heads at them. This attack can only be preformed by Fighter Alone.

Brief History of Character: Seiya Kou first appears to the senhsi of earth as a male teen rock idol. Along with Yaten Kou and Taiki Kou in order to aviod confusion they went by there last names. In truth Seiya is really Sailor Star Fighter a soldier decated to finding her lost princess, and leader of the Starlights, along with her two best friends. After the defeat of Galaxia and Choas she and her friends went back to Kinmokusei, with there princess, but have kept watch over there friends on earth, they don't get word of the crisis until much later. Seiya has a very long life span as she has the power of the stars inside of her. Like Healer and Maker she ages slower then most people.
Likes: sports, certian odango haired girl, writing and composing music, the color red, and hamburgers.
Dislikes: losing/giving up.
Biggest Fear: Failing her princess.
