New Spells

Rasta's Change Self
Illusion (Glamer)
Level: Brd 2, Trickery 2
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 action

Rasta's Change Self functions as per the Change Self spell of the d20 SRD with the following changes: duration is increased to 1 hour per level and the Will save to recognize the glamer has it's DC increased by +1 for every 4 ranks in Diguise.

Rasta's Disillusionment
Level: Brd 3, Trickery 3
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 2 rounds/level (D)
Saving Throw: See text
Spell Resistence: No
By means of this spell the caster is able bend reality so as to make himself seem an illusion. He does this by removing one of the senses associated with reality so as to appear an incomplete illusion - something akin to a silent image. Thus, anyone seeing the caster will get a chance to disbelieve the 'illusion' that is the caster.
Any person, creature, etc. which notices that the caster seems unreal (thus having a reason to disbelieve) may attempt to disbelieve the caster of the spell. If they are successful, they see the 'flaw' in reality and believe that the caster is an illusion rather than real. Thereafter, they will treat the caster as an illusion. Meanwhile the caster can still affect them normally and can effectively sneak up on the disbelievers. Each time the caster does so, the person gets another chance to disbelieve.
Of course, if the person doesn't disbelieve the illusion, or fails to disbelieve, the caster reaps no benefit from the spell.
Material Components: A Children's Fiction Book, the wing of a flying pig (no bonus or penalty to save) or a 1,000 gp Moonstone which has sat under a blue moon for one full night (+2 DC to save) or the tongue of a truthful politician (+4 DC to save). (GM may allow other similar components and determines the adjustment to Will save DC based on rarity).

Rasta's Disreality
Level: Brd 6, Sor/Wiz 7
Components: (V), S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Target: One Creature
Duration: 2 rounds/level (D)
Saving Throw: Fortitude Negates
Spell Resistence: Yes
By means of this spell the caster forces the target to become ethereal and gain all associated benefits and penalties associated with etherealness as described in the spell ethereal jaunt on page 201 of the PHB.
Note, that while a sorceror or wizard need not utter a sound to cast or maintain this spell, a bard must continue to sing, play music, or recite a rhyme as a verbal component throughout the spells duration or it ends.
Material Components: A silver mirror worth 1,000 gp

Converted Spells
From what I understand, converted spells are not Open Gaming Content under the d20 Open Gaming License, so the following converted spells are not Open Gaming Content

Melf's Minute Meteors (Converted from 2nd Edition PHB)
Level: Brd 3, Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Medium (100ft. + 10ft./level)
Target: One Target per Meteor
Duration: See Text (D)
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistence: Yes
With this spell, the wizard casts small globes of fire (one per level of experience), each of which bursts into a one-foot-diameter sphere on impact, dealing 1d4 damage to the creature struck and 1 point of damage to everything within a three foot radius, igniting combustible materials. The meteors are considered thrown missile weapons and the wizard gains a +2 bonus to attack rolls with no penalty for range.
The wizard may either a) discharge five missiles in a rounds as a full-round action or b) discharge 1 missile as a free action and perform normal actions during the round. If casting a spell of 4th level or above (or undertaking another mentally strenuous task) the wizard must make a concentration check at DC 10 + number of meteors remaining or forgo all remaining meteors.
The spell ends when all meteors have been discharged, the wizard forgoes the remaining meteors, or a successful dispel magic or similar magic is cast upon the wizard.
Material Components: A small hollow tube made of gold worth 1,000 gp filled with sulfur. The tube may be reused.

Otto's Crystal Rhythms (Converted from 1st Edition Greyhawk Adventures)
Level: Brd 3, Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Close (25ft. + 5ft./2levels)
Target: One Creature
Duration: 2 rounds/level
Saving Throw: Will Negates
Spell Resistence: Yes
The wizard casting this spell causes the target's ears to fill with the sound of energetic chimes that only it can hear and forces the target to drop everything so that it can dance and clap in rhythm. This prevents the target from doing anything requiring use of its hands (wielding a weapon, casting spells requiring somatic components, using thieves tools) and forces a concentration check to be made for spells that require no somatic component.
Material Components: A pair of crystals worth 500 gp that vanish when the spell is cast.
