SSI Help
Tired of using frames? Want to make your page look super cool? What do you do?!!! I'll make a page for you! Just kidding. Actually, SSI is the way to do it. Using SSI, you can make tables, well, not the old fasioned tables where you have to update all your links all the time. If you use SSI, all you need to do is edit one page, and all the menubars and sidebars will be edited the way you like it. How do we do that? I'll teach you now!
In order to do SSI, you must create seperate pages, and link them into one page. You might need to give all your files the extension .shtml or .stm. You must put the following code on every page in order for the menus to show: <*!--#include virtual="somefile.txt"-->. Please take out the *. I put that there so this code will show. Please remember to take out all *'s in the codes before using them. The code below is what I use:
<*!--#include virtual="top.txt"-->
<*!--#include virtual="left.txt"-->
Main table with information here.
<*!--#include virtual="right.txt"-->
