Location: Monaco Bay and Kahrain
(There are two centers for the Dolphineers, each with a respective
Master. Monaco Bay is built as a normal Hall near Eastern Weyr, while Kahrain
was the original site and is a network of caverns on the shore. As the older
of the two, Aranye is actually in overall charge. However, the two like to
consider themselves equals, and work together whenever possible.)
