PEOPLE WITH A LIMITED TIME ON THE INTERNET, PEOPLE WHO HAVE LIVES BEYOND THE COMPUTER, PEOPLE WHO HAVE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PATIENCE, PEOPLE WITH WEAK EYESIGHT, PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE WORD SLEEP IN THEIR VOCABULARY..ETC... Okay, Okay, so that stuff up there, isn't exactly true, cause you do have to read this in order to understand what the heck is going on here!

    Alright, so I must admit that I am new to the world of Pern. I started reading The Dragonriders of Pern series VERY recently and if I make a mistake you can e-mail me and complain. Just say, "YO LIZ! THE GERFERS WEYR DOES NOT EXIST!" and poof! As soon as I can I shall make haste to delete the little scally wag. Not everything will be correct and that is why I am counting on all of you peeps out there to be patient with me and my mistakes. (I can only read so fast you know).

    Second of all we have a small little deal called copyright! I dedicate this whole website to Anne McCaffery. Also nobody can take the Pern series idea and then rename it to something else and call it your own. CAUSE IT'S NOT! And if I hear of anybody who did this I shall be extremely PO'd and shall send my little friend after you.

  Her name is Sweety, I must admit it's a play on words... She enjoys belching forth fire and throwing her energy ball at people who she is mad at. And guess what...since I lmpressed her...she feels all the feelings I do. So if I'm mad at you she'll be mad at you and if she's mad at you my only word for you is this...run.

    Okay, so basically this site is an RPG. RPG=Role Playing Game, if you didn't know that already. If you didn't know that you can obviously tell by the name that you play a role. Your role here is to help Pern and the Dragon Riders. If you do not read the series... may I recommend that you go to your local bookstore, buy one, at least read half way, and then come back. (And don't forget to keep reading after this!!!!) If I gave you the whole history of Pern we would be here until 3:00 tommorow morning.

    This RPG is a little like Dragon Flight It's not exact but you know... I really do try...Also I wanted to be a bit creative... So anyway. It's a little different. Sorry again Anne for this, I am trying with all my power to stay within the reach of copyright law. Anyway, it's in the future of Pern and Benden is the only weyr left....

The Story

    It is FAR in the future of Pern. The dragonriders ways have been abandoned. There is supposedly none left. But one day a craftwoman named Ginny and her good friend Keith find two dragon eggs. They decide to take the eggs to the hatching sand at the old deserted weyr, Benden. When the eggs hatch a gold dragon and a bronze dragon are born. Ginny impresses the young queen and Keith impresses the young bronze. They raise the dragons and many things happen.

    Ginny becomes the weyrwoman of Benden. Keith becomes K'ith and also the weyrleader after Quereth (the bronze) flies Areyeth (the gold). They refurbish the old Weyr and soon it is back to normal except for the fact that there are only two pairs of rider and dragon. However Areyth lays a clutch of thirty-two. YOU have been chosen by K'ith and Ginny to be at the hatching sands when the eggs hatch and it is your duty to help revive the Dragon Riders of Pern!!!!!!!!

     Recently when K'ith was taking Quereth to the bowl, he saw two other dragon riders feeding their dragons. He called out to them and much talking followed. As it turned out they were S'sha, rider of gold Kylith, and S'rald, rider of bronze Zioth. They had been living at Igen for some time now and Kylith had recently laid her first clutch. After a nice discussion they were proclaimed official weyrmates, weyrwoman, and weyrleader of Igen weyr. Head over to Igen to get a dragon there if you wish, but don't forget about Benden!
