Welcome to the Trout Mask Replica Replica, my visual tribute to Captain Beefheart & The Magic Band's classic album Trout Mask Replica.
This tribute consists of drawings of the front & back covers and drawings of each of the songs. The song drawings are an attempt to visually capture what the song sounds and feels like and are a combination of imagery from lyrics and visual interpretations of instrument lines. The entire production was done in more-or-less the time it takes to listen to the 80-minute album.
