To submit your character history and/or photo,
please send them, attached in an email,
to me, David Fox, the “PRO Character Profiles” Webmaster

Guidelines for Character Photos/Pictures: v. 1.1

Please submit a real photograph of yourself in costume, scanned or otherwise in computerized format (digital camera pics work),. If you can, Jpegs are preferable. |

If you so wish, you may also include a second photo of yourself in out-of-game street clothes, OR, a scanned drawing /painting of your character in costume, which could be realistic, or comic-book style, if you so wish. (Note: If you want an out-of-game or non-photographic picture posted, you will need to also provide a photographic pic in addition to the drawing, or allow yourself to be photographed by one of the volunteer digital photographers at your next event. These pics may be removed in the future if disk-space does not permit. The reason for requiring at least one actual photo is because the purpose of this database is to help people find familiar faces in and out of game, and show off how we look when we play our LARP. (the 'LA' stands for live-action, 'member? Love ya all -Dave :) |

Guidelines for Character Histories: v.1.1

However detailed or basic as you would like. |
|
Written as in-game as possible, that means: hold the modern slang! |
|
Note: History should be 'in-game', but need not be written 'in-character'. This means, you -can- write some things that the average Elysian would not know, but you want to share with other players (or plot!!, hint hint!). If you wish to keep your history completely in-character and only write what you would normally tell an average character in Elysia when asked about your past, that's of course fine. |

Use a spell checker and make sure to proofread. |

No foul language. |
|
As of yet, there is no limit on length, but in the future I might ask for a shortened version of really long histories. |

Why not include some quick-glance stats on your character? |
|
Examples: Class, School of Magic, Race, character's homeland, In-game title, household name (link to your household's website?), and Concept (like armorsmith, healer, undead slayer, protector, warlord, sage, etc..) |
|
These stats will go below your picture, and above your history. |
|
If you’d like, tell me to include your email address, out-of-game name, out-of-game city of residence, etc. |
