"You idiot! You're lucky to be alive after the mistakes you made! Eternal youth ... you'd better wait another fifty years!"

     Rei is a mutant with the ability to warp space around him. He works for Magnus in the hopes that Magnus will grant him immortality and allow him into the "family." Rei battles D any times and although he comes close and even kills D once, he just can't defeat him. Due to this, the Count refuses to grant Rei immortality and after a short lived battle between the two, Rei ends up dead.
