Shadows

Arwen's home Shadow - Very similar to Earth, except that the Japanese won WWII.

Averick - Chetwin's pet Shadow, created as a combination of Bleys' Avernus and Corwin's Ri'ik. Contains: Chetwin's Tower, Chet's computer, Benny, Falstaff (his body only, at the moment), and Bastion (his brain - minus memories - only, at the moment).

Delwin's study in Shadow - The known features of this Shadow are a sprawling, isolated house belonging to Delwin and the semi-wooded area around it. The house is now burned-down rubble.

Dylana's home Shadow - Welcome to Polynesian town! :) Just kidding... Dy's home Shadow is basically a Polynesian-type island.

"Heaven" - A Shadow consisting almost entirely of clouds. Formerly unpopulated, it now contains the denizens of Martin's former prison and a large number of founding figures of religions (Jesus, Buddha, etc.). Chet's computer spent some time here, but is no longer in Heaven. At last sight, a holy war had begun among the various religious factions.

Hellmare Shadow - Barred to everyone and -thing except Sand and the Hellmares (and their chosen mates), this is a combination home, rest home, breeding farm, and training place for the Hellmares. After a recent attack by members of House Niall, the Hellmares locked the Shadow down completely, refusing Sand entrance and calling many Hellmares home to defend the place. They have apparently decided the siege is ended, as the Hellmares have returned to their usual places and all is quiet once more.

Martin's Shadow - Well, most of the distinguishing characteristics are Martin's extremely advanced DNA lab and a peculiar bar. Now that the surgeons have gone on strike and come back to work, things are once again quiet.

Mearaways - Private Shadow Ways of Meara, ruler of House Niall. Identical in almost every way to Niallways.

Niallways - The home base of House Niall in the Courts of Chaos. From the outside, Niallways appears to be a large, black, cube-shaped building in the middle of a wooded area.

Prison Shadow - A Shadow consisting of a long, wide strip of earth formed in a ring. This is where Martin was trapped in a Virtual Reality simulation. The denizens (now moved to "Heaven") worshipped a pair of Chaosites. Any attempts at communication to or from the inside of this Shadow result in the "black and shiny" Trump phenomenon.

The Rose Garden - Shadow of Panthea, daughter of Osric. Consists mostly of gardens (full of roses, oddly enough) and small snakes with excellent camoflage that makes them look like sticks.

Sir's Shadow - A land of happy gray people who live in nests and have wings. Flora spent just long enough here to get pregnant and have a kid with wings before she high-tailed it out of there, leaving her ex-partner behind to become a monk. There he led a peaceful life - until Chetwin showed up.

Tacoba - The Shadow Kurt hid out in once House Niall began its attacks. Pretty nondescript.

Texorami - "Texorami was a wide open port city, with sultry days and long nights, lots of good music, gambling around the clock, duels every morning and in-between mayhem for those who couldn't wait. And the air currents were fabulous." - Random, Sign of the Unicorn. Things just haven't changed much in Texorami; Mercury's spending more time there than his father, even though he got kidnapped by House Niall from this very Shadow.

Treva - Potential Golden Circle Shadow where Bleys was assassinated. A snow-covered land, high and mountainous, and ruled from a square fortress with four towers, high in the mountains.

Tunnel Shadow - Gateway to Martin's prison Shadow. Full of black and shiny machinery that opens the entrance to a black tunnel leading directly to the prison Shadow (do not pass go, etc.).
