Day Of The ScayreCrowe

You have entered upon the home field of the ScayreCrowe. Welcome to a night of terror and shame. A night of tragedy and death. Marcus Motias was a simple farmer not asking for much out of life. All he seemed to want was to make people happy and tend to his wife's every need. He found pleasure in the simple things in life and was most content to live out his life on his farm. But it appeared that fate had other plans for him. His brother Solomon had long professed his desires for Marcus' wife Valaria. Marcus overlooked it as jokes and musings. He was soon proved wrong. Dead Wrong. One night Solomon came to his home in a drunken stuper. He made several advances upon Valaria. Valaria refused and fought back as best she could. She was soon overpowered and rendered helpless to his whims. Marcus came in from the fields in the midst of what was going on. He instantly attacked Solomon. Solomon being drunk and on an adrenaline surge from his forceful high...managed to overwhelm his younger brother Marcus and rendered him out cold. He took his limp body out to the scarecrow post and hung him there and lit him on fire. He struggled but it was no use. His last sight was of Solomon slitting his wife's throat as he burned. He awoke sometime later much to his surprise. He was badly burned and aching all over. He saw his house burned and saw his wife lieing dead before him. He kneeled beside her and wept. He vowed vengeance on Solomon for what he had done. He grabbed the only clothing he could find....the garb of the scarecrow. After donning the clothing and mask he set out to bury his wife. In the days that followed he noticed a large raven hanging around him. After a while he noticed he could communicate with it. It was his soul. That is why he is alive. His soul left his body and somehow was merged with the body of the raven. Now the two are as one. They soon found out that Solomon had died that night as well. Forever stripping him of his rightful vengeance. He is now lost and wandering. Looking for a purpose. Someday, He may find one.
