Golden Hinds

The Golden Hinds of Kymer are native to the dreamscape. They lived on the Golden Mountain, far beyond the distant hills, until called by Scheherade from within The Great Silence. The Golden Hinds have been giving gifts randomly ever since.
If you have never received a gift from a Hind, remember, a Hind cannot land in a full locale; you must be on the ground, chatting, or talking, and you must have a hand empty to receive the gift.
When you see a Hind be glad, for truly the people of Kymer are, and, always have been the "real" Golden Hinds. The Golden Hinds themselves are merely a dream that took shape long ago. Their sole purpose is to add mystery and magic, give pressies randomly, and joyfully accept the food you offer. (Gold tokens are the only natural food of the Hinds within the city.) Whenever you "feed" a Hind, you, yourself, become part of the mystery. No one knows how much or how little you give. If you don't happen to have "food" to share, a Hind will still smile, wave, and perhaps even nuzzle... The only way the Hinds survive is because you want them there, you keep them there, you support them with your love, sharing your "food", your thanks, and your joy.
