e-Warbirds Rules and Policies
1.) Do not choose a Pilot name, aircraft name, or squadron name that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, religiously, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
2.) Do not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit to a public viewing venue (including, but not limited to, e-Warbirds Message Board/Forum, e-Warbirds "AirMail", and e-Warbirds radio transmissions) anything that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
3.) Do not harass other players.
4.) A player may not have more than 1 account.
5.) Failure to act in accordance with these rules will result in the loss of privileges to play e-Warbirds and/or other Species Studios games for a determined amount of time, or indefinitely at Species Studios discretion.
6.) Privacy Statement: Species Studios will not share any private information with any third party unless required by law to do so.
7.) Accounts which are unused for 3 months may be deleted without notice.
8.) Species Studios and staff are not responsible for any damages to property due to the installation or use of Species Studios software.
