This is a function which estimates the horsepower output of your engine.
In order to use this, you must obtain your trap speed from a quarter mile
run of your car. This function assumes that you got the most out of
your car in the quarter mile run. It does not account for any flaws
in the run such as bad reaction time, poor traction, etc. You must
also know, within a reasonable amount, the total weight of your car when
you made the run. If you obtained this information correctly, this
function should give you a very good approximation of your car's total
horsepower.
