Luck be a Lady

All wagers are predicided upon before the round commences. Though gold is the norm some have been known to wager items, such as marriage certificates *cough* Thordin *coughs*

As is the failing of most gambling games cheating will at times crop up as one players excuse not to pay the inevitable winner. If you feel this might happen to you or you're a paranoid bugger and trust ALL people cheat you have three choices:

1. DON'T BOTHER PLAYING
2. Elect a third party to hold onto the gold until the finish (use your heads people don't ask a thief unless you are a thief or they're your sibling/offspring and even then blood is ONLY so thick)
3. Elect as many parties as you feel is required to roll for yourself or the other player as predecided in agreement.

Lastly, on a note. These are simply guidelines and suggestions, this by no means constitutes a gaming authority and the publisher of this here page holds no responsability for the damage or loss of any property, gold or faces that might occur.

Name:Dagger and Hand

Rules:

The rules are quite simple. Players go head to head to see who can go the longest without stabbing themselves. It requires a roll 6 each turn with 1-5 being the spaces between your fingers and 6 being the forementioned fingers attached to said hand.

Some people have different ways of playing. You can either each take a turn until you roll 6, some prefere best out of three; being three rolls three times the least amount of 6's wins and so on.

Name:Darts

Rules:

For a quick game: Players throw their three darts (rolling 22 each time) and add up the total of their three shots. Highest score wins. If a player rolls 22 that constitutes a bullseye, a 21 constitutes the green central ring.

Round the World: Players take three throws a round and aim to inevitably hit every single number once (that's a goal of the numbers 1-20 for EACH player in a race format). The bullseye can only be counted AFTER all the other numbers have been struck.

Players can decide to roll from 20 until all numbers are hit then begin a 21 roll with 21 being the bullseye, or they can roll 22 the entire game and make every 21 and 22 an agreement to add gold to the pot, the amount being predecided by all players.

Seeing as this game can sometimes take a fair amount of effort, a wager agreement of 100 gold down and a match in gold for every number your opponent hits will see the winnings pot grow slowly but generously.

Name:Five Card Stud

Rules:

A dealer is elected, or prechosen. Everyone places their anti into the center.

Each person is dealt 1 card to a total of 5 one at a time. A card is dealt by the dealer with a roll 13 (1-10 being number cards 11=Jack 12=Queen 13=King).

Participants decide before the game begins how many rounds of betting will occur. The norm though is 4 rounds. A round of betting after each round of dealing leading upto the final card.

Player with the best hand after the final card is dealt takes the pot.

It is suggested for larger groups that someone involved keep track of everyones hands just incase there's any confusion or an invasion that disrupts the gathering.

Blackjack

Rules:

A dealer is decided if one has not already been prechosen then everyone places their anti on the table.

Each person is dealt 1 card. The card is dealt by the dealer with a roll 13 (1-10 being number cards 11=Jack 12=Queen 13=King).

A round of betting now occurs.

The second card is now dealt in the manner the first card was. It is upto the discretion of the dealer on whether or not splitting, doubling and so forth are permitted. The dealer should make it apparent before the game begins whether or not such is the case.

The goal is to beat the dealer on a total card combination that equals 21 or less. A combination roll of 1 and 10-13 with only two cards constitutes a blackjack and will receive a bonus ontop of the usual bet winnings for beating the dealer. Five and under (five cards dealt to one player NOT equalling 21) most normally is an automatic win, but should be specified by the dealer prior to the game if that rule is in play.

It is suggested for larger groups that someone involved (normally the dealer) keep track of everyones hands and bets just incase there's any confusion or an invasion that disrupts the gathering.
