Contract Here in is detailed the conditions, agreements and expectations for you, hereafter referred to as “Number One”, until such a time as the completion of the contract occurs and full payment has been received. • I work solely for gold. Anything else you could offer I’m either not interested in or can be bought with said gold. • I expect half of my fee up front, the other is to follow upon completion of the task. • The fee should include the cost of supplies, provisions and lodgings as I expect to have all provided for me for the duration of the contract whether purchased by myself or Number One. Any subsequent breaks required as to my well being during a task shall not be frowned upon. When I am tired I shall rest. • Whatever is supplied to me of the above mentioned items will not pose any threat to my well being. Should I discover they do, Number One shall be held accountable and not only does this void the contract, it voids your life. • When I undertake a task, I do so to the best of my abilities. I promise to offer to Number One the highest level of professionalism. • I can not be held accountable for any deviations from the original agreement so long as the agreement is satisfied. Should a situation arise that is unavoidable while performing my duties, it will be dealt with. Preferably as swiftly and effectively as possible. • When considering me for a job, bear in mind that dragons are the issue of knights and heros, I am but a mercenary and by that code they are not on my list of things to do away with. • At no point in time (pre, during or post) is Number One to assume that I am expendable. Where words fail, my blade succeeds. Though my intelligence may seem shallow, my strike however shall be deep. • Lastly, doing business with you doesn’t mean I like you, it means I like your gold.
