He is one of Jim's closest friends when they were kids. After Jim was framed for murder he started up an oil business until his plans were stolen and his workers killed. He runs into Jim at the town of Kaji where they join up.

Jade Parhen- 30

She is the mayor of the town of Kraken. She helps Jim and the rest get to the Twar's hideout with a plane from her town. She sides with Marin against Grenit and decides to take revenge for President Ranselor that was murdered.
